Scott and his crew did an amazing job refinishing my floors. He helped reccommend a color and finish that are perfect. They showed up exactly on time, cleaned up everything, were extremely professional and polite. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this company!
Very prompt, courteous and efficient.Scott said the whole job would take three days. That alone was impressive but, it only took two! They went above and beyond to help my mother do a few extra details in the house that had nothing to do with the original job and charged nothing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of flooring!
Scott and his team were professional and provided high quality work at a good price. I was able to quickly get a quote and the project was started within a couple weeks. This was helpful as the work was part of a kitchen remodel that was occuring at the same time.We decided at the last minute to change from a natural finish to stain. Scott was accomdative and showed us stain color options on the spot. The floors look great. I would not hesitate to recommend New York Flooging and Interior to others.
These guys have to be one of, if not the best guys in the floor business in the State. The type of work quality? Is amazing, especially for the price. But the best part is their knowledge of floors isn’t the only thing they are qualified to do. I had other issues in my place, that they happily addressed for a reasonable price, that I only needed to speak up about. I would recommend these guys too anyone these guys to the President to do the floors of the Oval Office if I knew the Secret Service would let me close enough too. I am beyond happy. And so happy that I was able to keep the natural look of the floors in my place. It’s safe to say, I no longer have to worry about finding the right people anymore, as I have found them. Thank you guys so much!
We used NY Flooring to refinish our entire house's hardwood flooring as well as retile our kitchen. The crew was professional and punctual and their workmanship was second to none. I would absolutely recommend them for any flooring job .. big or small.

We used Scott and New York Flooring to refinish our entire first floor hardwood flooring including our half bathroom. Unfortunately the toilet leaked and warped the flooring. Scott came back when called and did an amazing job of replacing hardwood floor boards and finishing the new boards to perfectly match the existing color. They were timely, neat and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend NY Flooring to anyone that needs a flooring job done!

We just used New York Flooring & Interior for the second year in a row!!! Last year they installed hardwood floors in... the only two rooms on our main floor that didn’t have hardwoods and it looks AMAZING. We were a little nervous that it might not look great against the existing floors that have been there for 20+ years but… the new floors match perfect against the existing floors! This year, we wanted to tackle our upstairs, (which was all carpet) and have hardwoods installed throughout. Once again, they knocked it out of the park! We received the exact same positive experience on both projects. Scott,( the owner maybe?), has some of the best communication skills I’ve come across for any project I’ve done (and I’m a professional Project Manager). He is quick to respond, ensures we have a full understanding of the scope and never leaves us questioning anything. Every crew member that came to my house was respectful, kind, punctual, and hard working. To top everything off, they leave behind no mess!! We expected to have lots of dust and such but we were blown away to find nothing but gorgeous floors! It’s hard to find a contractor like this nowadays…. DO NOT buy carpet from this company. They falsely advertise high quality carpet availability and an experience that... they definitely do not deliver.I was recommended this company by a friend. They came out and measured and we got a quote. I went to a location to pick out carpet and we went back and forth with materials and quotes deciding on our project. In the end they did not deliver a professional experience with the company they outsource from and canceled our job. We are back to square one.read more
