We used Scott and New York Flooring to refinish our entire first floor hardwood flooring including our half bathroom. Unfortunately the toilet leaked and warped the flooring. Scott came back when called and did an amazing job of replacing hardwood floor boards and finishing the new boards to perfectly match the existing color. They were timely, neat and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend NY Flooring to anyone that needs a flooring job done!

I had recently called to get a quote on 10/23/24 for my 2 rental properties to get the carpet removed and hard wood... installed in all 4 bedrooms was told someone would be out to look at them within that week I have called multiple times to follow up and have not heard back I would not recommend.read more

Called to get an estimate for new floors throughout my home and was told they would send someone out within the next... day. Nobody ever arrived and haven’t had anybody answer my calls in weeks. Would not recommend terrible service.read more

We just used New York Flooring & Interior for the second year in a row!!! Last year they installed hardwood floors in... the only two rooms on our main floor that didn’t have hardwoods and it looks AMAZING. We were a little nervous that it might not look great against the existing floors that have been there for 20+ years but… the new floors match perfect against the existing floors! This year, we wanted to tackle our upstairs, (which was all carpet) and have hardwoods installed throughout. Once again, they knocked it out of the park! We received the exact same positive experience on both projects. Scott,( the owner maybe?), has some of the best communication skills I’ve come across for any project I’ve done (and I’m a professional Project Manager). He is quick to respond, ensures we have a full understanding of the scope and never leaves us questioning anything. Every crew member that came to my house was respectful, kind, punctual, and hard working. To top everything off, they leave behind no mess!! We expected to have lots of dust and such but we were blown away to find nothing but gorgeous floors! It’s hard to find a contractor like this nowadays…. Highly recommend for all of your flooring needs.read more

DO NOT buy carpet from this company. They falsely advertise high quality carpet availability and an experience that... they definitely do not deliver.

I was recommended this company by a friend. They came out and measured and we got a quote. I went to a location to pick out carpet and we went back and forth with materials and quotes deciding on our project. In the end they did not deliver a professional experience with the company they outsource from and canceled our job. We are back to square one.read more
